This year’s festival is held in Paris, Ontario at the Paris Fairgrounds on October 13. Let’s take a look at what’s being served up for attendees to enjoy!
Crowning the 2018 Great Canadian Butter Tart Champion
Butter tarts are serious business. Therefore, many festival attendees take judging the best ones seriously as well! Cast your ballot and vote for your favourite. All sorts of delectable delicacies are fighting for the crown: Raisins, pecans, chocolate chips, pumpkin spice, apple, and all sorts of other flavours! Who will take home the prize and emerge as the winner? It’s all up to you!
Food, Music, and Fun
It’s not all about the glory of the crown here — there are all sorts of great food to enjoy! From specialty vendor trucks to many a butter tart to bring home, your selection of foods is far from limited. You’ll also be able to enjoy live music and entertainment, and the festival will happen regardless of rain or shine! Hosted by ALL Canadian Events, who have a track record of some really amazing goings-on, the 2018 Canadian Butter Tart Festival is sure to make for a fun afternoon out!

Whether you want to bring home tasty treats or spice up your home’s décor, be sure to head over and say hello to the local crafters at this year’s festival. All sorts of high-quality hand-made goods are available for purchase, and you just might make a new friend or two along the way and learn the story behind their craft!
The 2018 Great Canadian Butter Tart Festival is the place to be on October 13 for great food, great company, and great fun! Admission to the event is $3.00 and children 12 and under get in free. There’s also free parking on site, and the festival will be held from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.
